Henri Pouenat

Henri Pouenat, born in Moulins in 1934, began his studies at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris in 1953, where he would be taught by Gilbert Poillerat. On returning to Moulins, alongside his father he made such prestigious works as the chairs and tables for the first class apartments of the French liner, and the banisters and lights for the Téhéran and Jeddah palaces.
