Return and guarantee
- Return policy
When the buyer is a private individual, products purchased on House O' Luv’s website may be returned without stating any reason within 14 days following the delivery date.
However, products which are custom-made according to the buyer’s specifications cannot be returned.
Requests for return must be made by email (to laresidence@houseoluv.com) within this 14 days term.
Products must be returned in the original packaging, in original condition and with all accessories and documents.
House O' Luv reserves the right to refuse any return or decline refunds if the products are damaged, showing signs of wear or where original accessories or documents are missing.
Buyers who wish to return goods must do so within a 14 days period, starting from the day following the acceptance by House O’ Luv to return the goods.
The goods should be returned to the House O’ Luv warehouse at the following address: Kwikstaartlaan 7, 2610 Antwerp, Belgium. Return shipping costs and risks shall be borne by the buyer.
When all preconditions are met House O’ Luv is committed to refund the buyer within 14 days following the date of reception of the returned goods.
If Luv Credits have been used, the refund will be made in Luv Credits. All other refunds are made by wire transfer.
- Non-conformity
Despite the tremendous care being taken by our manufacturers, in rare cases, a manufacturing defect or non-conformity may occur.
The sale of products to private individuals is subject to the provisions of the European Directive on the non-conformity guarantee.
The buyer who notices a manufacturing defect or non-conformity is requested to provide a detailed description, preferably with pictures, and to inform House O’ Luv’s customer service as soon as possible.
If non-conformity is confirmed, House O' Luv will take care of the repair process or optionally replace the item.
Note: In view of the specific characteristics of various screen types (computer monitors, tablets, smartphones, TV's, etc.), objects' colours may vary slightly in reality as opposed to their digital appearance on the site. This difference shall not constitute non-conformity.
