Payment methods

Prepayment with discount

Payment of the total amount by bank transfer (2% discount)

If the total amount is paid immediately by bank transfer, a discount of 2% is granted.

The payment must be received within 5 days following the order.

Since there could be a delay between the time of payment and the date of receipt (depending on the country and the bank), it is advisable to proceed with the bank transfer immediately after the order has been placed. Bank charges shall be borne by the payer.

The order will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Down payment and balance

Down payment by bank transfer, remaining balance prior to delivery (for products with a value exceeding 1.500 € VAT excl.)

When the value of one or several units of the same product exceeds 1.500 € VAT excl., the order can be placed by making a down payment of 50% of the value of those product(s) by bank transfer.

The down payment must be received within 5 days following the order.

The remaining balance must be paid in full when the order is ready for dispatch.

The buyer receives an email notification to this end and after receipt of the bank transfer, a delivery date is set.

All submitted payment card details are exclusively stored on Ingenico/Ogone’s highly secured servers (Level-1 compliant with Payment Card Industry (PCI) and Data Security Standard (DSS) norms) and all transaction details are encrypted and transmitted through the Secure Socket Layer protocol (SSL).
